Design Research
Marrying design efforts with user research is essential, regardless of what stage of development you are in. We'll ensure other products or environments that could impact your new product experience are considered every step of the way.
Discovery Research
Product definition
...empathy
learning about your target population or customers. Leverage existing products or rough concepts to understand needs, pain points and as a stimulus to reference.

We typically advise on the lowest fidelity concepts or protototypes as possible to answer your most critical questions. The goal during early research is to reduce risk, which includes major setbacks in development, resources, and of course, budget for rework.

During directional research, you should be deciding on product direction. You'll want a variety of concepts to make sure you're not leaving any great features and benefits on the table. USe concepts and prototypes to answer decisions that impact major architecture decisions and reduce engineering rework.

Formative Research
