Working with a team of industry SME's across physical and digital mediums,  we developed a suite of training tools poised to educate new patients while supporting a broad range of use-cases for pharmaceutical applications.  We leveraged many hours of user research to optimize instructions and quick reference guides(QRG) to be the most effective.  Learning to speak your customer's language is the first essential step that sets the foundation for all other training materials.  The simplified instructions were then used to define digital training materials, interactive mobile applications, and the framework to develop a connected physical training solution
